These editorial spreads both feature unique typography treatments. The spread titled Jumping Without Ropes combines typography and the use of 3D elements to create a "pop-up" spread. The use of grungy type faces in the title reflects the gritty topics of the text itself. The spread titled When Corn is King is about the negative side of ethanol gasoline. I layed the text out to resemble the flow of gasoline from a gas pump.
